    How do you sync Pipedrive from one company account to another?

    If I use SharePoint, does that link update automatically every day?
    Not directly sure what is being asked.


    Why don’t the emails of users auto-fill when drafting an email? Normally, I need to type them from scratch.
    There has been a recent update that allows you to effortlessly select colleagues from the suggestions list without needing to manually type their email addresses or create unnecessary contact profiles. This makes email collaboration faster and easier while keeping your data cleaner and better organized.

    I have a cumulative report on revenue by month. Can I export just these numbers?

    Are there any dashboard templates/reports that can be used rather than creating from scratch that are clever enough to pick up the pipeline you are using?

    Can JustCall activity and Intercom activity be tracked?
    Yes, conversations are tracked as activities. You can see examples of this within the Marketplace for both integrations:

    Are there any future webinars planned that address the campaign feature, how to set up, automate, and run email campaigns on Pipedrive? Are there plans to upgrade the campaign feature to have more complex email journeys?

    Would it be great to finally have an IF/Then feature in Automations and an IF Email Responded trigger?

    If I share a dashboard with my teammate with a few reports on it, that user will not see all the reports unless I go one by one and share each report. Is there a way to make it easier and quicker?

    Is it possible to export reports data with Zapier/Make/etc. and then build a comparison report?
    Yes.


    How do you stop duplicate deals from being created and instead have updates to a current open deal? Duplicates are such a big issue.
    This is not expected behavior in Pipedrive. Likely, there is an automation or integration running in the background causing duplicates.


    I would like to track groups of activities by multiple segments. For example, we load onboarding "tasks" as a list of activities for new users. I would like to watch their progress through the activities.
    You could set up a workflow automation that sends you a note or an email once the user completes a task/activity.


    As the controller of my company, I need to know the best way to create a revenue stream, revenue forecast reports, and so on. How many new customers won and how many lost customers?
    You can use Contact Reports with Deal Reports to identify trends.

    Adding tags to activities would be very useful.

    How do I make sure that all of my emails are tracked?
    You need to enable email tracking in settings and make sure it is activated on the email itself: Email Tracking.


    Can we use the "OR" condition in reports? Like if I want to track different fields if they are empty or not in a deal.
    When you add a filter that has a multiple-option field, you can select whether you want to see the deals with that field empty or not.


    If I needed to bulk update a referral category, is there a way to export the report to .xls, update the column, and then import the updated .xls and merge the data? I can go cell by cell in Insights, but that can take a while for bulk updates.
    You can update data in Pipedrive using the import feature: Updating Data.


    Can the opening rate (and subject) also be tracked when sending emails from Outlook? Or does it need to be sent from Pipedrive? We have Outlook synced to Pipedrive already.
    The tracking only works if the email is sent from Pipedrive.



    When making a report of lost projects, could we add comments to the report?

    Using the email opening tracker, it happens that if I open the email later, it will be considered as opened. Would it be possible to have a rule to only consider it opened in case the receiver opens the email?

    The expansion of cross-filtering has been super helpful (e.g., filtering by organization fields on a deals report). Is there a plan in the future to expand how we segment the report (e.g., segment deals report by organization’s address detail > city)?
    Currently available via the release of the new Contacts Report: New Contacts Report.


    How do I add a team member to the reports? I’m only seeing my data.
    You can add your teammate in your Conditions if you have permission to view their data.


    How can you sync LinkedIn to your Pipedrive?
    There are multiple integrations available on our Marketplace: LinkedIn Integrations.


    How do you run a report that shows how many deals have moved forward/backwards on Pipedrive?

    Can I set a default duration for an activity type?

    Does a shared report that was not created by me count as one of the reports included in the plan?
    Shared reports with Edit rights count towards the user’s report limit. Collaborative editor rights for reports are only available for individual users. Viewer rights for reports are available for Teams and all users.


    What is the phone number to speak with a human customer service person for a real conversation as the chat groups don’t work?
    Phone support is available for users with account settings access on Power and Enterprise plans.

    Will you ever reintegrate natively with Xero? Previously this was available.
    Available via HelloCODER LLP within our Marketplace.

    I noticed Campaigns wasn’t listed in the first poll. Will Pipedrive be increasing the functionality of Campaigns Data within Insights (e.g., segment data from person and organization fields with Campaign data)?
    Reports for Campaigns are available.

    When is the bulk activity update coming out?
    It has been released from your Deal List View.

    I have a RingCentral integration. Can you run a report in Pipedrive to track the number of calls made via this tool?
    If the calls are being registered as activities inside Pipedrive, they will be available on activity reports.

    Will you do deal-only reports/all reports?
    All reports :)

    Would love to learn how to create itemized productivity reports.
    An Activities Performance Report could be helpful for this.

    Where can we see insights or reports on sales cadences?
    You can use labels to identify certain cadences and use labels as a condition within your report.
