Relative Period filtering by (for eg.) last month / quarter / year
I'm using the relative period filters to see all deals won by each owner "last month". I want to see the same figures for the last 3 months too. eg. "last month" currently shows October won deals, and I want to see combined figures for August, September and October.
Is there a filter that can do this? The relative period filter for last quarter only works off the quarters of the calendar year; i.e. Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sept, Oct-Dec. We don't work on fixed quarters like this though; I want to see a rolling quarter of the last 3 full months at any point in time.

While Pipedrive does not have the default option to select the last 3 months from the filter, you could use a custom filter that can be adjusted based on the exact time. I can share an example here:
So, in this specific filter, we are looking for all won deals that have won time exactly or later than Sep 01 and exactly or earlier than Nov 30, which ultimately shows all won deals in the past three months.
This filter is also highly flexible, and if you need to see the last 5 months instead of 3 months, you can update the is exactly or later than the filter to July 01. We hope this helps!

Another way is to dump all your Pipedrive data into BigQuery and feed it to Looker or Metabase. It’s dirt cheap (free forever if you set up/implement Pipedrive with us) and lets you build any custom report you want with raw data, free from interface limitations/workarounds.
