    I can export a Lead's contact to Pipedrive. Will this exported contact be created in the Company and linked to the exported contact?
    When you export a contact, the company is also created and connected to the contact. If you export more contacts of the same company, they will all be linked to that company record without creating duplicates.



    Do we get personal numbers or professional numbers? Because this is a problem nowadays.
    We get mobile phone numbers mainly.



    LinkedIn limits page contacts to 25.
    I have to mark that 25 contacts and ask to join Pipedrive.
    Is there a chance to export all the contacts of the search that appear on all the pages, e.g., 4 pages x 25 = 100 contacts with the same instruction?
    You can add the contacts to a list and then export the whole list.

    Do you credit my account if I am providing you with a correction to your contact data?
    You have the possibility to easily mark if a number is correct or not so that we can correct the database, but we do not credit accounts for this.



    Does Surfe have the same functionalities as Phantombuster?
    Some features are similar (lead enrichment, for instance), but they focus more on automations, while we focus more on enrichment and LinkedIn connection.



    How does Surfe handle when a Contact changes jobs? Will the info be overwritten, updated, or make a new entry?
    In our Pro plan, we offer a feature called Contact Updates, which detects when a contact changes jobs. Surfe shows you notifications of the job changes, and you can manually update them with a couple of clicks. The updated info will override the old one. If the contact's new company is not in your CRM, we will create a new organization.




    In the Surfe platform, is there a translation for other languages (e.g., Portuguese)?
    No, at the moment, the whole product is in English.



    From the ICP Finder, can I export found prospects for other tools, e.g., Dripify, without saving them in the CRM?
    Yes, you can export them as a CSV file.



    Is there a way to double-check the company before import, since we always get duplicate companies, which we have to consolidate afterward?
    If a company is already in the CRM, it is marked both on LinkedIn (if you are using the extension) and in the Leads list (if you are using the Surfe app).



    I am using Surfe, but contact information is incorrect. Incorrect email.
    We have a 93% find rate for emails and around 70% for mobile numbers. It can happen that we cannot find an email or a number, but our enrichment feature is the main focus for us, and we make sure to constantly improve it.



    When you save from Surfe to Pipedrive, which is better: to save as a contact and/or deal?
    It depends on the way you set up your Pipedrive and the way you use deals. Either way, if you create a contact, both contact and company are created. If you decide to create a deal, we create a contact, company, and the deal.



    Is there a way to set up a secondary payment for the Surfe program outside of my company? Since I'll be responsible for the investment myself.
    What do you mean by secondary payment? You can enter any credit card for the billing, even if it is not your company's. Does this help?



    Can I enrich the data (industry in particular) for all the client accounts in my Pipedrive using Surfe? Would each company enriched count as a credit?
    Enrichment concerns mobile and email, for which we count the credits. It is not yet possible to fill this data for the data already in Pipedrive.



    If your LinkedIn login differs from your Pipedrive login, does it still integrate?
    LinkedIn login and Pipedrive login are different by definition, but Surfe allows you to connect them. When you are on LinkedIn, you open the Surfe Chrome extension and select to connect Pipedrive. You will have to go through the Pipedrive login and authentication, which takes around 30 seconds.

    How does your price compare to your biggest competitors? 100 mobile, and 200 email for ??
    If you check some of our competitors, you can notice the same or higher price. What changes with Surfe as opposed to Apollo, Lusha, etc., is that by paying for Surfe, you get more providers and databases, hence a higher chance to find your contacts' information.

    Are there unlimited search credits if you already have a Surfe Essential plan?
    In our Essential plan, you get 2,000 search credits on the Surfe app, 150 email enrichment credits, and 50 mobile enrichment credits. Here are more details: Surfe Pricing.

    Comparing this with the Pipedrive Prospector, does getting the lead information (phone number) cost extra? On Pipedrive Prospector, buying leads costs per lead.

    The two free months are for all the users of a company or not?
    Yes, it is!

    How do you add your contacts from LinkedIn to Pipedrive?
    When you connect Surfe, it adds a banner on a LinkedIn profile with the option to add it as a contact, lead, or deal to your CRM. This banner will be visible as soon as you open the Surfe extension on LinkedIn, connect your Pipedrive, and go to a profile.


    I am using SalesQL, which allows me to scrub contacts in LinkedIn Sales Navigator after I search the company for phone numbers and emails that are not normally visible. Does this app have the same feature?
    We do find email and mobile numbers using our enrichment cascade, which combines different enrichment tools available in the market.

    How much of an advantage (if any) is it to have LinkedIn Sales Navigator rather than just a normal LinkedIn profile when using Surfe (Essential)?
    The only advantage is the number of InMail messages you can have and the filters strictly related to LinkedIn (company followers, engagement on posts). But Surfe can replace Sales Navigator in list building, adding the search for contact information that Sales Navigator doesn't support.

    Can we search LinkedIn for a particular industry and, when we bring them into Pipedrive as a Lead or Contact, can they be identified/tagged with that industry? (That may be more of a Pipedrive question.)
    Yes. Industry is one of the company fields that we can retrieve from LinkedIn, but it is connected with the Company and not the Contact. You can create Industry as a custom field in Pipedrive under Organization and map it with the corresponding field from the Surfe Dashboard > Fields Mapping.


    Can Surfe also be added to a LinkedIn business profile?
    If by business profile, you mean a company page, no. You need your personal LinkedIn profile to connect.

    Which are the databases you work with?
    We include a lot of tools in the enrichment cascade: Hunter, RocketReach, PeopleDataLabs, Datagma, findymail, and more.


    David, is it possible to move the Surfe tab to the left side? Sometimes it is not really comfortable to use it from the right sidebar.
    It is not possible, unfortunately.

    What is your added value compared to other solutions (Kaspr, for example)?
    Tools like Kaspr or Apollo use one single database for enrichment. Surfe leverages multiple databases, providing higher accuracy and more data availability.

    When I import 25 leads at a time directly from Sales Navigator into Pipedrive via Surfe, it doesn't seem to handle it, only really works one at a time. Any reason for that?
    When on Sales Navigator, you bulk export those leads, and in our backend, we send them to the CRM one by one because we need to find email and mobile for those customers. But you don't need any extra clicks.


    What is the proportion of "good email and mobile phone"?
    We have a 93% find rate for emails and around 70% for mobile numbers.

    What about custom fields? Are they handled by Surfe?
    Surfe retrieves custom fields and allows you to map them with the LinkedIn fields you import when adding a contact.

    It`s a challenge to find the correct partner within the customer structure, e.g., quality managers etc., and then their actual phone number/email and not just the generic customer reception desk info. Can you provide that level of data quality?"
    Yes. We do provide mobile phone numbers for the specific contact you are looking for. If we find landline numbers, we add them in the Phone field and leave the Mobile field empty.

    How are the "duplicates" handled by Surfe?
    If a company is already in the CRM, it is marked both on LinkedIn (if you are using the extension) and in the Leads list (if you are using the Surfe app). We help you avoid duplicates, but for the ones you already have in Pipedrive, you will need to use their Merge duplicates feature.
