New Outlook no longer has 'folders'...
For Contact sync, in Pipedrive you can select with all your contaacts, or a 'folder' subset. This made sense in the old outlooks, but the new outlook no longer has folders. The main way now is Categories (or tags).
How, if possible, does one focus the contact sync when the folders option is no longer available. Pipedrive doesn't seem to pick up on the Category (tag).?

Unless, in your view, this should be working via Categories/Tags, in whch case, then yes…can troubleshoot. Please confirm…

Our contact sync is not yet built to work like this and we do not, yet, have workarounds. Nevertheless, I will submit this as feedback internally to our Product Manager.
