Lead manager - schedule for all sales reps

I need a suggestion on how you handle scheduling for all sales reps on one calendar?

We have one person that manages all incoming leads and qualifies them and schedules based on type and availability a sales appointment. So I am looking for what other folks do with this type of scheduling structure.

    Hello @erin_EENW,

    To share one possibility here: when the person who is managing the schedules will be able to see all the Activities of a particular user for the day after selecting the user's name in the create activity section:

    If all the activities and events of your team are recorded in their respective Pipedrive calendars, this place would give an overview of each user's availability and schedule the sales appointment based on this.
