Some emails sent through automations links to deal, but others do not

My automations are sending emails to contact of a deal in pipeline. Mail is sent and it's linked to contact.

Problem is that in history of deal sometimes I see email and sometimes I do not.
I checked deals and contacts, and can not find any pattern why is this happened. I also checked support page with title "Why are my emails not automatically linked to my deals?", and can not link this problem to any of conditions linked there.
