We are a SaaS tool and have annual subscription plans for our customers and there are two cases i would like to include in the reporting.

A: Customer cancel the subscription

B: Customers subscription is increased or decreased

Is it possible to set an end date to a recurring products subscription? And how can I place increases or deceases?

    Hello @Ruven Klunk,

I hope you are doing well today!

My name is Hélio and I am part of the support team.

You can set a start date for the subscription and specify how many cycles it will run for. This will automatically define an end date for the subscription, as shown here.

Regarding price increases or decreases, I recommend duplicating the product and adding it to the deal with the updated pricing. For the original product with the old price, you can set its cycle to end in the month or year when the price change occurs. Then, you can add the “new” product with the updated pricing and start date to continue from that point onward.

I hope this is helpful. Let me know if you have any doubts :)

    Hi Helio,

    Thanks for your reply!

That would mean if a customer cancels the contract after 3 years, i would need to change the billing frequency to a certain number of cycles?

It would be great if i can just say "Customer cancelled" and Pipedrive would callculate the cycle automatically.
