New: Adding Activities in bulk to Deals
We’re excited to announce the launch of Bulk Activity Management, a new feature designed to make managing multiple deals faster and more efficient.
Why this matters:
Managing multiple deals often involves repetitive tasks that can take up valuable time. With this update, we’re making it easier than ever for you to plan and organize activities for up to 100 deals at once - saving time and helping you stay on top of your workflow.
What’s new?
With the Bulk Activity Management feature, users on the Advanced plan or higher can:
- Select multiple deals (up to 100) directly from the Deals list view.
- Create and edit activities in bulk with options to adjust:
- Title
- Type
- Due date
- Priority
- Notes
- Assigned team member
- Add video conferencing links to all activities
- Distribute activities over time: If you’re scheduling more than 5 activities, you can spread them across multiple days.
- Visualize and adjust with ease: Use the calendar widget to drag & drop activities into time slots or expand their time ranges for better scheduling.
When can you start?
We’ll be rolling this feature out to all eligible users on December 17th. You can read more about the feature here.
