Automating Add Note to Deal, Can we tag the deal owner?

I tried to tag the deal owner in an automation that adds a note to a deal, but I couldn't figure out how.

So, my questions are:

  1. Is it possible to tag a deal owner when setting up an automation that adds notes to a deal?
  2. If it isn't possible, are there any workarounds? Or does the deal owner get an update when a note is added to a deal?
