Can email campaigns be used for transactional emails to customers?

Can email campaigns be used for transactional emails to customers? If not, are other Pipedrive users using completely different email tools for transactional outreach to their customer bases (e.g. system status notifications, planned downtime, etc.)?

    Hi @andynmartin,

    Pipedrive’s Campaign feature is designed specifically for marketing and isn’t ideal for transactional emails like system notifications or downtime alerts since they include unsubscribe links, so it is not recommended for essential communications.

    You can use Pipedrive’s email sync feature to send direct emails from your synced inbox or you can use Pipedrive's group email feature to send bulk emails separately!

    Many users also integrate third-party tools for these types of emails, you can check out the Pipedrive Marketplace to search for integrations.
