@Nic Chambers_61244 you created a really interesting video revealing how you set up your Pipedrive account for real estate, can you share more about your experience since then?

Hi @KDelk ! Pipedrive can be a fantastic tool for commercial real estate, especially in office and industrial sectors. One tip is to create custom fields for key property details like type, square footage, or lease terms to keep everything organized. Setting up tailored deal stages, such as 'Prospecting,' 'Negotiation,' and 'Contract Signed,' can help you track progress easily. Make sure to sync your emails to keep communications centralized and automate follow-ups. Also, take advantage of the reporting tools to monitor important metrics like deal value, conversion rates, and time to close. Don’t forget to set activity reminders for follow-ups and property tours to stay on top of every lead.

@Nic Chambers_61244 would love to know how you use it for tracking the various contacts for each of your prospects. For us, each "Deal" is a company that is a prospect. Once you click it looks like you can only have one "Person" and their details listed on the left hand column. All other contacts have to be at the very bottom as Participants. Is there a way to have more "People" so I don't have to click on a Participant to see all their contact information/title?

Hey @KDelk The only way to add multiple people to a deal is in the participants section, like you mentioned. I'd love to see a better way of viewing multiple contacts and how they're connected (with residential RE: husband-wife-dad-partner, etc).

For managing deals, I have a stage in my buyer and seller pipeline labeled prospect. Each deal is labeled with the contact(s) name. I usually have one or two 2 contacts, sometimes more for probate-like sales. Within each deal, I have a list of contacts in the participant section.
