Email template deal (Required)

Hi all,

I'm setting up an email automation based on a label that has been changed to "XXX." However, every time Pipedrive asks me for the "Email Template Deal" (Required), it appears empty. Any thoughts on how to override this?

    This issue typically occurs when there are no email templates set up, but your automation is configured to send an email template as an action.

    To resolve this, you can create email templates following the steps in this article: Email Templates Guide. Once your templates are set up, you can select them in the section shown in your screenshot.
