Has anyone integrated the Constant Contact App by Make?

We decided to not use the native "Campaigns" addon in Pipedrive because there seemed to be issues with the handling of double opt In and unsubscribe tracking.

Has anyone integrated the Constant Contact Marketplace app by Make? Are their significant limits on functionality as far as campaign tracking and reporting on a Contact level?

    As a Make-certified expert, I can confirm that integrating Constant Contact with Pipedrive via Make provides flexibility but requires some setup. You’ll need to design the automation scenarios yourself to define actions like sending emails or subscribing users to the platform. However, once the emails are sent, tracking metrics like opens and clicks are handled by Constant Contact.

    If you want to view these metrics directly in Pipedrive (e.g., on a contact level), you’ll need to create additional automation to sync that data back into Pipedrive. This could involve pulling email activity logs from Constant Contact and updating contact records in Pipedrive with the relevant insights.

    the Make app can integrate Constant Contact, but might have limited campaign tracking. Also consider Skyvia for robust contact-level reporting and unsubscribe handling.
