Including a link to a deal in an email reminder to the sales team

Hi - we have automations set up to remind sales people by email when a deal has been in a pipeline stage for too long i.e. you need to move this deal along ASAP. It would be great if I could add a link in that email back to the pipedrive deal. Is this possible?

Hello @Kate_44532,

If you use the Send Email option within workflow automations, we can create a link to the deal. Here is an example step-up:

To generate the link, you use the text app.pipedrive.com/deal/ and at the end, you can add the Deal ID field without any space between them. As a result, the email sent will contain a link like the following:
