We created a lead for Company A. Emails were synchronising fine until a couple of weeks ago.

Now, Company B's emails are synchronising into that lead.

There's no related company connection.

In our instance of Pipedrive, the 2 companies have IDs 3189 (Company A) and 4232 (Company B)

The people have IDs 10635 (Company A) And 11559 (Company B)

This has happened with other companies/leads, too. We are synching from Gmail.
I can't find a way of submitting bugs. Can someone in the team please send this to the devs and acknowledge this report. Thanks.

    Hello @darrenc,

I hope you are doing well today!

This usually happens when you press the reply button on an email attached to Company A but then send it to Company B, either by slightly changing the subject or shifting the focus of the email. Since the reply button was used, Pipedrive considers the emails part of the same thread, causing them to be grouped together.

However, I can’t confirm if this is exactly what’s happening in your case. We would need to investigate this further internally. Could you please reach out to our support team so we can look into this together?
