A highly-requested update in the Leads Inbox is live! You can now sort your leads based on any of the available columns, giving you more control over how you see your data, helping you stay organized your way.

    How are folks defining a deal vs a lead?  I sell in B2B services and we often have a fairly long sales cycle.  I'm wondering the difference between someone who makes it on our list, someone whom we have contact with, versus someone who presents a need.  

    When we uncover a need, they are definitely a deal.  But before that, I'm not sure.  Curious how others have handled it.

    @Sabrina Not yet, but hold on tight and stay tuned for both bulk editing and filters in the Leads list view!

    Hi @Etienne JAN-AILLERET

    We have a lot of improvements planned that will make Leads visually more similar to the List View you have for Deals, for example, so that might be a possibility. We'll always post about new things here in the Community so you don't miss out. 🚀
