Nurturing
the only way to do nurture MQL is via automatisation.
I have created 3 sequences (Cold, warm, hot) of 5 steps ( mainly email).
I have created a program to manage lead scoring ( but impossible to use campaign data as there is no API for this, only interactivity with you form, email , meeting).
Here the issues :
1- Sequence doesn't stop is the email bounced
2- email template used in the automation can't bring unsubscribe features
3 - reporting → impossible to know to have a clear reporting who got the sequence , when, where and to stop it automatically if the lead wants to stop receiving email.
Overall marketing / campaign / nurturing Pipedrive is clearly not the right tool for this.

The campaigns add-on is so brutally basic that we actually never suggest using it for client work. It's OK for most simple newsletters at best.
We suggest ActiveCampaign or Mailchimp + make.com + pipedrive. Works like a charm and offers a bazillion features much needed for email marketing.

@David Z On the subject of lead scoring, we have an exciting feature called Pulse coming out in the near future. We are building it with use cases such as yours in mind. More news to be released soon.
