Need help with email templates

Hello. Not sure how this works but seeking help with a current issue. I have email templates created, my email is synced, but for some reason, today, I'm unable to link my templates to an email when I'm in an owner's profile. Is anyone else having the same issue, please let me know how to fix. I also realized I have no access to add an email subject line either.
