Upcoming price Increases

What does everyone think of the price jump coming next week? Assuming everyone got the same email I did, the annual subscription cost (at least for the advanced plan we use) is jumping up 60% compared to when we started using Pipedrive last year. Pipedrive said it was because of "New AI features and other improvements" and offered a 20% "price migration discount" but our company is debating whether or not we want to continue to use Pipedrive.

Do the rest of you know any more about this or have any thoughts? Maybe if this is done individually and by the company it's not general knowledge?

    AI should be a add on like Salesdocs and projects. I can't understand why they are so focused on it other than the marketing hype. There is no use case for our business at all.

    I agree and think the price increases are unfair on smaller businesses. Most small businesses don't need AI as they are more concerned about keep ing costs down. Extra like AI and many of the other options could be optional extra and customer could pay for them if required.

    I think Pipedrive is great but I will have to downgrade just to keep the price dowm. Here is my message to the CEO:

    Pipedrive - Message to the CEO Dominic Allon. This price increase is crazy. We are current paying for x3 Advanced Seat at £32.90 per month (£1,184 per annum). Now the price has increased to £49.00 per month (that's £1,764 per annum). That a price increase of £580 per annum. We are a small business and that increase is unacceptable. We really love Pipedrive but will have to look at alternative solutions. I am hoping that Pipedrive will reconsider this decision or give us some alternatives solutions?

    Just fix fundamental business logic first, then add bells and whistles. I guess connecting Contacts to multiple Organizations is not important?
