    Are there any news regarding the e-mail sync and migration of group functions that are made in the email provider like in Outlook?

    I want to use tasks in Pipedrive and sync with my GCalendar. But the "tasks" in Pipedrive do not appear as "tasks" but instead as "events" in my calendar. I don't like that and that's why I am not syncing my GCalendar with Pipedrive. Is there any way to have tasks in PD synced as tasks in GCalendar?
    It is not possible to do it natively. All Pipedrive activities can only sync as "events" in your calendar.
    You could do this using Zapier or Make.

    How can we prevent email tracking in Pipedrive from falsely reporting link clicks and email opens caused by email filters?
    Pixel-based email tracking is only accurate if your customers’ email providers allow it, so while email tracking is helpful. Support Article
    Here are a few tips to make sure you’re getting the best data possible:

    • Link tracking is not affected by policies or caching, making it one of the most reliable engagement metrics.
    • Focus on reliable and actionable data like deliverability, bounces, unsubscribes, and spam reports.
    • Spam reports and unsubscribe requests can help you identify content irrelevant to your customers or diagnose weaknesses in your campaigns. Also, bounces can indicate outdated contact details or other issues with your email lists.

    Can the availability be synched with my personal calendar?
    Availability is based on whichever email calendar is connected. Support Article

    Why does it double space when emailing? This is a problem I keep hitting and so stopped sending from Pipedrive directly. Can this be changed?
    Use the "clear formatting" option if you are bringing text from another source.

    Can you only track the email clicks if the email has been sent through Pipedrive as opposed to Outlook for example?
    The Pipedrive tracking capabilities are only available by using and connecting the Email Sync.

    Can a deal automatically move to the next stage when an email is opened?
    You can use an 'email being replied to or a link clicked on' Automations: sequences based on email conditions.

    How do you avoid the emails don't go to spam?
    Why emails go to spam.

    Is there an ability to include attachments to automated emails that you configure directly from an automation workflow (i.e., not using templates)? Or do you have to use an email template in your automation to ensure that it includes an attachment?
    The best way to include attachments would be to create a template first to be able to select within the automation. Support Article

    Best practices for getting accurate insights? Conversion? New deals created? How should I be structuring a deal to get the best data or insights possible?
    Deal Duration is an example of a type of report that shows the average time it takes a deal to make it through your pipeline.

    Email Sync: for tracking, do you have to send from Pipedrive, or can you use Outlook to get tracking insights?
    The email tracking only works if the email is sent from inside Pipedrive.

    Why would you use Rotting and not set activities with a date?
    The Rotting feature does not look at the next activity date, so any deal that has an activity scheduled far into the future can still go rotten. Support Article

    How many emails can we send via Pipedrive per hour?
    This largely depends on your home email service provider. We have a bulk emailing feature that limits up to 100 emails to be sent at once.

    I understand one of the downsides of emailing bulk via Pipedrive is that you require all users to do a double opt-in, which obviously puts leads off. Is there a way around this?
    No. Double opt-in is required with Pipedrive and recommended with other email marketing software. Instead of sending Campaign emails, you can send plain text emails to your cold leads.

    A data privacy question: When syncing my calendar, will others in my company be able to see the calendar details?

      Yes, you can use the Signature tool to customize your email signature. Support Article

    • When I sync emails on Pipedrive, can I still track the emails in Outlook and save them in a specific folder?
      Sure. Whichever folder you create in Outlook will be available via your email sync.

    • If we want to send out a standardized mail to, let's say, 200 customers/contacts, would we need to customize the contact block for each customer? Or is there an easier way to send out that many mails?
      You can send these emails out in groups of 100. That means you would take two batches of 100 contacts.

    • Could you have a webinar on pre-deal activities like campaigns?

    • Regarding Scheduling Meetings as Bruna showed, can a client that doesn't use Pipedrive still see and mark availability without problems?
      Yes. This is mainly built to provide availability to a recipient. Support Article

    • Is there a way to filter between sales outreach and marketing? We find the marketing emails bury the sales conversations.
      Creating a label for these different conversations would be helpful. Support Article

    • I would not like to have all the internal meetings in Pipedrive. How can I use the scheduler and avoid that?

    • How do you fix the Smart Bcc sync feature when it stops working and says every email cannot be delivered?

      The feature works by adding tracking pixels to emails with tracking enabled, which registers when recipients open emails. However, some email providers may prevent tracking. Support Article

    • Do you have to send from Pipedrive for the email to be tracked, or does it connect to your regular email?
      Correct. If you send from your home email service provider, you must utilize your email service provider's tracking capabilities.

    • I haven't got the blue icon next to my emails. Why is this?
      To begin using email tracking, FIRST go to Personal Preferences > Email Sync.

    • Is there a way to export a list of everyone who opens or clicks our emails?
      You can export a list from your Insights reporting feature. Create a report for tracked emails and then export your list.

    • Does email tracking (opened, etc.) only work when you initiate the email in Pipedrive? Sometimes I generate the email in Outlook but can access it in Pipedrive... Thanks.
      The email tracking only works if the email is sent from inside Pipedrive.

      Use your deal-specific email to force the email to appear on each respective deal. Support Article

    • Email - Do you suggest I deal with all email in Pipedrive, e.g., non-sales emails? I struggle using Pipedrive and Outlook, and end up dealing with email twice. Please advise.
      Use Pipedrive as a centralized location to keep visibility of engagement and information in one place.

    • When creating a deal in a pipeline and linking an organization to it, I can only see my linked mails to the 'organization' level, and not the deal level. How do I add them to both levels?
      Open your desired email and link it to the respective deal.

    • When sending an email to multiple people in the "To:" field, can I see which of the parties has opened the email or clicked a link?
      You can locate the tracked email on each contact page.

    Can you arrange your pipelines in subgroups/maps? Or is it always in a list?
    For now, your Pipelines will be available from a list.
