I'm getting this error with Seamless.ai

    Hello @JenniferY,

    There is indeed permission to set up labels in Pipedrive, and all global admins will have this by default. You can also enable it for regular users. You can check them out here. If your account does have this permission, could you contact the Seamless.ai support directly to understand more about the error if it is related to Pipedrive, kindly contact our support team
