Automations for welcome emails

Firstly, your lead forms aren't usable as they have a "please don't submit credit card details" stamped on them. This makes no sense as we're a creative agency asking people to subscribe to our newsletter. I want an email address and consent, not bank or credit card details. Apparently this is a GDPR stipulation that can't be removed according to you. Odd as no other ESP has this problem. So I've had to use Zoho forms which give me more control.

But now the problem I face is creating an automation for a 'Welcome email' when a subscriber joins our email list. How can I set-up an automation that is only triggered when there is a new form fill. This was super easy in my previous ESP, but seems very complicated in Pipedrive.
