Selecting automations for a specific user

If you want to see the automations for a specific user, the following appear in the selection list:
- belongs to me
- belongs to others
- (deleted user)
...
... - (deleted user)
- name of an existing user
- name of an existing user
This is more than annoying.
I see the following possible solutions:
a) put the so-called (deleted user) at the end of the alphabetically ordered list
b) put the (deleted user) in a separate group
c) really delete the (deleted user) when there is no longer any data assigned to them.

To set automations for specific users in Pipedrive, you can create a custom "User" field under the deal entity. Assign the user to this field, then set up an automation that triggers actions based on this field. This ensures tasks and deals are assigned to the right user.

Conny
