    Are data privacy terms not controlled by OpenAI?

    • OpenAI is a sub-processor for certain AI-powered features and operates under a Data Processing Agreement we have signed with them.

    Will AI work with pulling reports together with products? Are there plans to improve products and product reporting?

    Can Pipedrive be customized for entertainment events?

    • Yes, in Pipedrive you can customize the full setup to your specific needs. Pipedrive is used across industries. Just some examples of what you can customize are Pipelines & stages, custom fields, currencies, automations, filters, etc. Take a look at our support articles in the Knowledge Base and soon ask our Knowledge Base AI agent for answers to your very specific use case.

    Will Pipedrive’s AI integrate with social media platforms to analyze customer sentiment, track engagement trends, and identify potential leads based on online interactions?

    • For 2025 we don't have a social media integration on the roadmap. We logged this idea in the backlog to potentially prioritize it in the future.

    Are we ever going to be able to CC someone on bulk emails?

    • Thank you! Currently, the pilot version supports bulk enrollment of up to 50 deals at a time to ensure stability of service. We would expand this limit in future iterations based on user feedback and performance.

    What’s your long-term vision for AI—will it eventually become a fully autonomous sales assistant?

    • Yes and no! :) We plan to bring the agentic autonomous experience over time into more and more use cases for CRM and your sales job. However, as trust and security is an important topic, as a user you will always be in control of what you want our AI agents to autonomously do and what you need to check personally before an action is taken.

    Are there plans to implement Gmail email alias to the inbox?

    • Yes, we know this is important for many users, and it's on our radar. We do plan to support Gmail email aliases in the Sales Inbox and are exploring the best way to implement it. While we can’t share an exact timeline yet, we’re working on it and will share updates as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience!

    Are there any new developments coming in 2025 for the mobile app?

    • We are continuously working on improving Pipedrive's Mobile app, including AI-based capabilities and experiences. E.g., we just recently launched a Business Card Scanner for Android App users and brought AI Sales Assistant to Mobile.

    Are there plans for AI-driven competitor analysis to help our sales team refine their approach?

    • Currently, this is not on the 2025 roadmap but thanks for the vote on this idea, it will be looked at for future prioritization.

    Will AI be available on all plans?

    • Yes! We are yet to define the exact setup across the plans, but we want to bring the power of AI to all our users.

    Where are Pipedrive servers physically located, in Europe, USA?

    • Pipedrive hosts customer data in various locations. The data location of the customer depends on the billing address. We have hosting locations in the US, EU, and UK that each serve their designated geos, making sure data stays in the same Geo where you are based.

    Will the prices stay the same?

    • We are yet to define the exact setup across the plans but we want to bring the power of AI to all our users.

    Hello, so would this replace Outlook or just be integrated?

    • Pipedrive’s two-way email sync integrates with Outlook rather than replacing it. Once connected, emails sync both ways, so you can send and receive messages from either Pipedrive’s Sales Inbox or your Outlook inbox – whichever works best for you. Everything stays up to date in both places. You can read about it here. 

    Can AI further optimize our existing automation processes? We're SilexSOLAR from Germany and big fans of Pipedrive.

    • Yes! We plan to enable AI in the future to help you set up your automations and even detect manual patterns you can and should automate.

    Which package will include the AI features?

    • We are yet to define the exact setup across the plans but we want to bring the power of AI to all our users.

    Can you find emails from potential customers through the AI?

    • We do have Person Email Enrichment functionality coming in Q2.

    Will AI help in cleaning up the existing data by making use of the data enrichment tool?

    • The exact UI/UX integration isn't set in stone yet, but our goal is to help you with data hygiene through the power of AI.

    Is Pipeline considering providing option to integrate shipment data?
    This is not currently in the 2025 roadmap.

    Will an internal chat be developed to enhance internal communication between team members in deals?
    We haven't been planning on adding chat capabilities, but you should be able to cover this use case by using a combination of Comments and @mentions.

    Will there be better dashboard capability similar to what you can get using Plecto?
    Currently, there are no plans prioritized around this for 2025.

    Are we gonna be able to personalize/train this AI for each industry?
    At the moment, this isn't yet possible in beta. However, we're currently exploring how in the future each team can share specific knowledge in a safe way with the AI to optimize it for their specific use.

    Do we have any way to verify email addresses?
    Yes, in the scope of Data Enrichment we will also introduce Person email enrichment capabilities. It will be available in Q2.


    When will these features roll out and will this involve upgrading the current version that we're using?
    We are yet to define the exact setup across the plans, but we want to bring the power of AI to all our users. Our goal is to have them fully live by the end of Q2. In the meantime, sign up for our beta waitlist for the next phases of roll-out.


    Can Pipedrive’s AI identify deal risks and suggest proactive recovery strategies before sales teams notice them?
    At the moment, this specific use case isn't prioritized in its entirety. The email agent will be able to highlight deals that seem to fall through the cracks where email conversations have stagnated. We'll make a note of the bigger use case and explore further.


    In Latin America, immediate communication tools like WhatsApp are used much more than emails. Have you considered including some kind of AI integration to address this?
    Currently, this is not in the 2025 plan but a great call-out. We'll explore this channel in the future.


    Where do you get the Pipedrive t-shirts?
    Pipedrive merch is not currently available, but we've noted your request and will consider it for future campaigns!


    How do you make sure that our confidential data is not used to train the model of OpenAI?
    Pipedrive uses OpenAI Enterprise model, where, by default, no data is used for training their models.


    Is there a way to send texts through Pipedrive on the web version just like you can send emails so I don't have to switch to my phone?
    Unfortunately, this is not a functionality available in Pipedrive today, nor is it planned for 2025. We've communicated this request to our product teams.


    Are the Beta AI features that are available now going to disappear?
    No! Better yet, we'll continue building these and more and make sure that in the future these all can be used through the agent experience.


    Is the knowledge base from the customer side (in terms of AI knowledge base agent)?
    Currently, our AI agents have access to the public Pipedrive knowledge base, helping you with Pipedrive questions, setup tips, and guidance. We are exploring options where you can, in the future, share knowledge about yourself and your business with the AI so it can do a better and more personalized job.

    Can the AI help separate my emails with the same person between different deals with this customer, since currently I am unable to split emails this way (to my knowledge)?
    This depends on whether the emails are all part of the same email thread or a different thread. Currently, if you have one thread with a customer, it can only be linked to one deal. However, if you have a separate thread/conversation going on, even though it's with the same contact person, you can already add it to another deal in Pipedrive today.

    Pipedrive has ISO 27001 and 27701 certificates on information security and privacy. We are also audited for SOC 2 Type II every year.


    Is there a customer services workflow in the roadmap?
    This is not in the roadmap for 2025. The feedback is shared with our product team.


    Can I feed the AI with information about the kind of our business, so the AI can give hints or tips about the deals?
    Currently, this is not available. However, we are exploring options where you can, in the future, share knowledge about yourself, your business, and your customers with the AI so it can do a better and more personalized job based on that knowledge you share with it.


    When signing up for the beta, will all company accounts be in?
    Yes, but we are releasing features in phases.

    Maybe I've missed that, but are Agents able to actually perform actions? Like "check the opportunities with the highest score in my pipeline, and generate a draft email for each of them?"
    Today not yet, but this is planned for 2025.


    Will we be able to sync our mobile phones and our customers to capture chats and calls?
    It is already possible to connect calls initiated from Pipedrive with Pipedrive. For connecting chats (e.g., via Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp), you need to set up the integration from Pipedrive's Marketplace.


    Will AI functionally be included in some plans or will it be an add-on?

    How will Pipedrive’s AI evolve beyond automation to provide truly predictive sales intelligence?
    This is a fundamental question, and we're on the path to answering this. As shared during our webinar, our goal is to help small businesses grow. Besides automating workflows and saving time, this also means looking into sales forecasting, trend detection, and predictions about the likelihood of closing a deal and recommending actions to close the deal, just to name a few. In short, we are exploring multiple angles to provide truly predictive sales intelligence.


    When is Pipedrive able to have folders in the mailbox?
    You can choose which folders to sync from your email provider, and all emails from your connected account will appear in the Sales Inbox. In Pipedrive, you can organize them using labels, which many users find to be a flexible solution. While we don’t currently have plans to introduce folders, we’d love to hear more about your needs – your feedback helps us shape future improvements to email management.

    Regarding custom layouts, what if I want a highly compact view of lists and detail panels?
    Currently, this is not possible, but with the further improvement of our AI agents, we are looking at enabling it to help build the UI of our users potentially in the future. This is not planned for 2025 yet, though.


    How do I know my company's plan? Just to know if I can create sequences?
    You can go to your Billing tab to see your subscription plan. We are currently exploring the billing options for Sequences. With the current knowledge, Sequences will be available for Professional and above plans.


    When could we find video course in FRENCH, step by step? I use only 10% of Pipedrive...
    We're planning to develop the Getting Started course in French in H2.


    Will there be any enhancements to the types of emails that can be sent? As in, can we create a template in Canva that will pull in Pipedrive data fields when connected and send to a determined audience?
    Currently, this is not on our roadmap for 2025. Yet, I'll share the feedback with our team.


    Will you increase price for different tariffs?
    We do not expect tariffs to impact our pricing.

    How about AI for custom layouts?

    Is archiving now synced in both directions with Office365?
    Not yet, but we understand this is important and are working towards implementing two-way email archiving for top email providers in 2025.


    Why mark Private events as Work commitment? What's wrong with Private commitment?
    Marking Private events as 'Work commitment' rather than 'Private commitment' ensures consistency in how events are categorized within the work calendar. This helps distinguish between work-related obligations (even if details are hidden) and purely personal matters. The term 'Private commitment' might imply a personal/non-work event, which could lead to misunderstandings when colleagues or scheduling tools interpret availability.

    You should use our Web Visitors add-on for this.

    We need data anonymization for GDPR on email, phone, name! Planned?
    Pipedrive is a SaaS CRM designed to assist sales teams. It remains unclear why anonymization would be required for this purpose.

    My company also uses Pipedrive Projects. Will the AI Agents work within Projects or is it just Deals?
    At the moment, the starting focus is on deals, but we plan to expand AI across all parts of Pipedrive in the future.


    The information was good – however, all activities were in the deal phase. Different lead phases are needed before entering the deal phase, only when a real turnover is foreseeable can we talk about a deal.

    We need a way to associate "assets" with a contact. For example, Bob owns three homes. If I had the ability to track custom fields for acreage, size, heating sources, etc. Or, if I was a car repair place, I would want to track a customer's vehicles, year/make/model.
    This can be done through products with custom product fields. Alternatively, you can create a deal for each asset and link this to your contact.


    Can I get a report on the scores achieved by each Deal Owner to manage my sales team based on generated scores?

    Are you looking into an integrated tool to synchronize event sign-ups directly with the contacts in Pipedrive?
    This can already be done through either our web forms, automations, or using our API or Zapier to set up automations like this.


    Can we apply filters (list of deals/contacts) for sequences?
    So far, you can manually select from the deals list view and bulk-add deals into a sequence. We are also exploring other options for automatic enrollment based on certain criteria.


    Any integration with WhatsApp yet? This is such a critical communication method now (more than email for us), and the fact that it is detached from Pipedrive is a huge pain.

    What is the difference between the sequence and automation?
    Sequences run on demand when a deal is added, while automations trigger actions automatically. Furthermore, sequences keep execution manual, so you could personalize your emails/interactions with leads.

    Our agents are currently powered by OpenAI, and we're exploring other vendors as well, so all languages that ChatGPT knows will be supported by our agents.


    Can sequences be done on contacts as well as deals? Can I set exit criteria for sequences? Can sequences be set up to automatically send the email?
    For the pilot version, you can add only deals. We are definitely looking to introduce conditional logic and automatic email options too!


    Will there be the ability to use AI to generate a written summary of a Teams meeting and for that to populate into the Notes field of an Activity for the meeting?
    At the moment, not in the direct way as you describe, but we'll look into this. However, you can already drop in the transcript and ask it to summarize and then copy it into a note.


    When will Pulse and Sequences be available?
    You can sign up for the Pulse beta here to receive early access. We will do a gradual rollout starting Q2.


    Will all Pipedrive plans have the presented features driven by AI?

    Data enrichment will provide information that I can use to sync through Zapier to populate another software. Like I am doing now with the original fields and custom fields I created in Pipedrive.

    My team has to manually log email and text. Is there a way to do that through Pipedrive? I feel like the content of the calls and text would be important for the AI to know how to prioritize.
    You can either use the Smart BCC or Email sync features to get your data into Pipedrive for the AI to use. Currently, text and call content would need to be copied into notes as context for the AI. We’ll look into the future to make this flow easier.


    Besides email, can I also send direct mailings to postal addresses?
    Unfortunately, this is not directly available in Pipedrive and would need to be done through integrations with tools that do this. The connection can be set up through Zapier or Make, for example.


    Where can you take Pulse into use?
    We're targeting Q2 for the Pulse release.


    Can I create tasks for a client journey? I have 9-10 tasks for each client meeting. Or must I link to a project management app such as Asana?
    You can utilize the Sequence feature to create a list of activities and then add your deal to the sequence to see these activities appear one after another.


    Will it be able to create automations?
    Yes, our AI can help you set up automations in the future. No exact ETA at the moment.


    A 'nurturing' AI for the warm but not yet leads?
    Pulse and its AI functionality will work both on warm and new leads.


    Will we be able to get the AI agents to pull out info from external files to integrate into email drafts, or is it just prompting emails to respond to clients?
    Currently, this is not possible, but this is the goal. We are exploring options where you can share knowledge about yourself and your business with the AI so it can do a better and more personalized job based on that knowledge you share with it.


    Does AI work with labels? If we create deals that are relevant to customer label dropdowns, can we ask AI "What does my pipeline look like for the next 3 months for '_____'" (insert specific label name)?
    You will be able to ask this from our AI. Not yet in beta, but this is on the roadmap.


    I miss the ability to build custom team reports in Pipedrive from scratch with all data points. Flexibility is key, as teams track different metrics. Vista ERP did this well by allowing exports to Excel, combining data sources. Any plans to offer something similar?
    Currently, you can use the Insights feature to build custom reports, goals, and dashboards. We are rolling out the AI report generation feature that helps create reports from scratch using prompts. It will be fully available by the end of March


    Is it OpenAI still used for AI? So all our data is sent in a US-based company?
    OpenAI is used for some of Pipedrive's AI features. Pipedrive contracts with OpenAI Ireland Limited, who acts as a sub-processor. Any data transfers to the U.S. are done in accordance with the GDPR.


    I feel like I get this info with your current reports etc. If AI could help me find new ways to contact hard to crack personalities for an action, that would be helpful. I can write my own email and do some of my own queries.

    Will you offer an AI transcribing solution for meetings/calls?
    At the moment not in a direct way as you describe, we are actively exploring this. However, you can already drop in the transcript and ask it to summarize and then copy it into a note.


    Do the AI Agents pull from client notes that I have entered for specific clients to make my email personalized to specific client?
    Currently not, we are testing with adding more and more context to make the Agents job output better and better. Notes is a next item we are looking into.


    Will you be sending out an overview of this presentation after this meeting?

    Will AI enable customized reporting? Will we be able to create our own reports?
    Yes, there is AI report generation that will be fully available by end of March. With that feature you can create reports with AI using prompts.


    How safe are my communications? A lot of my emails contain highly sensitive personal Information. How can I ensure my communications are being copied and used by third parties without my knowledge?
    Our security measures are listed in Annex 3 of our DPA https://www.pipedrive.com/en/privacy/dpa. All sub-processors we use, including OpenAI, are mature and subjected to rigorous security, privacy, and legal screening processes prior to onboarding them. We do not permit third parties to train their models on your data.


    Will a true System Administrator role ever be available in Pipedrive?
    Great question! Our approach so far has been to offer a granular level of control by providing the highest level of access to different product areas through specific permission sets. While we don’t currently have a single 'System Administrator' role, we understand the value of having a centralized way to manage access. Aggregating these permission sets into predefined roles, in addition to assigning them to individual users, is something we will be exploring in the future. We appreciate your feedback and will keep our customers informed as we evolve our permission management capabilities.

    Can you set up a "brand voice" for teammates to always follow (similar function in Grammarly)?
    We are currently exploring this to be available for you in the future.

    AI "Can you set up a zoom call" with this prospect? And then automate that? via mail + scheduler?
    This is the ideal state we are aiming to get to indeed. Today in beta this is not available yet.


    Hi, what LLM model is the AI agent built with?
    Our agents are currently powered by OpenAI and we're exploring other vendors as well.


    Viktoria said AI agents will not be trained with our data. If we have a knowledge-based AI agent with context data, how will it not be trained?
    We use a technique called Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). This allows us to have a database that contains the info in a safe way as you are used to from Pipedrive. The AI can access this database to base answers on, but the LLM isn't trained on this data. See it like a library: the LLM knows exactly where to find a specific book, but it doesn't actually have knowledge of the information in the book and it won't retain it in the future.


    Will this be integrated in the subscription or does it imply additional cost?
    We are yet to define the exact setup across the plans, but we want to bring the power of AI to all our users.


    Will the Pipedrive "Super Agent" be able to communicate with Microsoft Copilot agents? To HELP each company build a SUPER SUPER Agent across Pipedrive + Teams/Sharepoint/ERP/etc.?
    Currently, this is not in the plans but an interesting idea our product team will explore.


    Can I use an agent as an early warning system for customers at risk?
    This is a potential use case the agent can help with yes. The product team has taken note of this use case to explore further.


    Will there be an AI-Agent for Pipedrive Administrators as well? Something like: Hey Pipedrive, create a new deal field, call it Origin. Or Hey Pipedrive, show me all active deals who did not receive an email in the last 30 days.
    Yes! In short, this is in the plans and our goal is to deliver these types of requests in 2025.

    Pipedrive processes Client Data (the information processed by the client through the Pipedrive Services) as a data processor under the GDPR and it is up to the clients as data controllers to fulfill any relevant obligations under applicable data protection laws, including relating to transparency. Unfortunately, Pipedrive cannot provide any legal advice as regards the exact obligations.

    AI features may be powered by OpenAI, who is onboarded as a sub-processor. Pipedrive and OpenAI only process the data you have decided to process within Pipedrive for the provision of the services requested by you.

    We don't have this functionality in our short-term plans. But you can use the existing Notes functionality for adding images to the deal detail page.


    Will AI help build data queries on the dashboard?
    There is AI report generation that helps to create reports to get an overview of data, performance, and forecast.



    Does the Pipedrive AI LLM share any productivity or efficiency-related data across clients?
    No, the LLMs aren't trained with customer data and therefore will not share any data across clients.

    Can AI agents refer to historical sales data and suggest actions and/or pricing?
    Today our agents don't have this access, but our aim is to enable this during the year to help with your use case.


    Can the AI help me to find new leads?
    We already have some non-AI tools to tackle this use case. I'd recommend looking into Prospector: https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/prospector


    We want an AI agent to look at our data and do things like look up travel distances and calculate mileage costs to build a quotation. Is this the kind of functionality you're developing for AI Agents?
    Today our agents don't have this access, but our aim is to enable this during the year to help with your use case. However, you'd then still need to prompt it with this specific request to get the output you are looking for.


    What are some good tips for using Pipedrive as a Cabinet Company?
    For your business case, we would recommend checking out the following features, including: email sync to track customer communications, workflow automations, Products to create a catalog, and Insights reports to track performance.     Implementation Q: Will you be implementing a batch activity select using [shift-drag (similar to Photoshop)] and with a batch "done" selection, can we do a batch activity that still registers as individual activities, but say 100 of the same?
    This is not in the roadmap for 2025. The feedback is shared with our product team.


    Can you use the AI to text/WhatsApp lost leads that we have not been able to get in contact with on automation after they have been marked as lost?
    Currently, this is not in the 2025 plan but a great call-out. We'll explore this channel in the future.


    Will there be a native call, SMS, & MMS feature? This is critical to touchpoints. Very interested to hear about the unified messaging. This is currently in Beta (Messaging) now and many of the integrations do not fully use this. This is a critical area for us, especially Telegram integration.
