Trigger actions stop whole automation?
Hello
Just starting using Automations and want to trigger specific actions but not stop the workflow overall. I get the impression that if a trigger is not fulfilled further up the automation it will not miss ONLY the subsequent action and then move on,. but will stop the whole flow?
For example:
Trigger action: If deal pipeline is Trade then send trade email template
Next trigger action: If deal PO is blank then send request email
These two actions are independent of each other but the automation will stop on the first if the deal is not trade, or am I getting it wrong?
Note: It is not simply a case of swapping the order as there are many circumstances like this throughout the automation.
I am looking for a trigger setting which ONLY applies to one action, not the whole work flow.
Help much appreciated.
