Linked Emails Should be Made Public

We have some users who have their default email sync setting as Private.
When they link an email to a record in Pipedrive, but forget to ALSO mark it as Shared, no one can see it. They don't know they have to do this. It is an extra step for them. Pipedrive should offer a way to set it so that all Linked emails get Shared immediately. And if you send an email directly from the record in Pipedrive, that email should also be Shared by default!
