Hi, I am using the last email sent column in my leads overview to track that all leads have been contacted.

For some reason, the column value does not display correctly for certain leads. When I click the lead, I can see my email inside so it is definitely recorded, but in the overview the value in "Last Email Sent" column is blank. This only affect some leads and is presumably random.

    The "Last email sent" column in the Leads inbox refers to the Contact person, in other words it is a Person field:

    The date displayed there will correspond to the last email sent to the contact person linked to the Lead. If you send an email from the Lead detail view but the recipient is not the contact person linked to the Lead, the field "Last email sent" will appear empty.

    If you confirm you are sending the emails to the Lead contact person and still the "Last email sent" is not reflecting the date of the email, try to clear cache and cookies from your browser and in case this does not make a difference please Contact our support so this can be further investigated.
