Automations time zone

Hello. I'm trying to set up an automation that will schedule an activity at 8:00am LOCAL time but PD is requiring me to select a specific time zone. So if I set it up for 8am Central (where I'm located) it schedules for 6am Pacific and 9am Eastern. Can someone please tell me how to set this up so that it schedules at 8am for everyone, regardless of the time zone?? Or is it not possible?

    yeah this is currently impossible with date based workflow automations.
