Creating a report for leads

I want a report that will show me leads, prospects, existing customers that have no follow up task or to do

you'll need several reports for that as you probably want to measure each individually.

as condition, use "next activity date" is empty. these are all items without outstanding scheduled activity

you probably want to filter additionally by non-archived leads and open deals / contacts with open deals
