"Activity deal status is lost" condition is not working

Hello People.

I have an issue with an automation that works perfectly fine up until the point where I add the condition "Activity deal status is lost"

What should happen:
Trigger A client calls us on Aircall and Pipedrive automatically creates an activity for that
Step 1:
To clean up all of those activities they are automated to be set to "done" immediately
Step 2:
Condition A check // if the client didn't reach us I want an activity to be created to call the client.
Condition B check // Only do so if the deal stage is "Lost"

The automation works perfectly fine as long as the deal is not Lost + I leave out the condition check "activity deal stage is lost".

It seems that the Activity deal status the automation is trying to check is empty. But it isn't and the deal is lost.

As the automation works fine otherwise I am lost where the issue could be. Any experts?

hi @Florian on the screenshot, you're checking a field in activity, which is presumably not used / filled properly. Check the status of the linked deal instead. the easiest way is to create an activity filter where linked deals are lost, then have a condition "activity matches the filter "lost deals"
