Hello, I have a question. When I assign a lead to my colleague, he receives an email message. Is it possible to add a field with a direct link to this lead? Preferably with a button.

    Hello @robert_holland,

If you are using workflow automation, we could be able to include the link to the Lead within the email. I can share an automation setup here:

In the body of the email, I am pasting the common link to the leads: https://app.pipedrive.com/leads/inbox/ followed by the Lead ID merge field without any space between them. This will create a clickable link within the email. I hope this helps :)

Hi Tony, Thanks for your help. When I follow this, my colleague, when he's clicking the link, ends in the "Planning". I've changed the "app" part in de url with our company name. This seems to work.

    Hey Tony,

For some reason it doesn't add the ID to the link for me, any ideas how to merge it together?

Or what do you mean by Lead ID merge field?

    Hello @Dominate Sales Support,

The logic here is right, and what you have used is exactly what I meant by the Lead ID merge field.

In the example above, it seems like part of the URL is hyperlinked, while the ID is not. The solution would be to make sure you format the URL in the automation as text (removing any hyperlinks)

So with the above example, the link in the email body should like what we have on the second link, as opposed to the first.

    I hope this helps!
