Restore the legacy dynamics for replying to Notes

A User shouldn't have to delete @ and press back to gain access to the menu which allows a User to reply to a Note. This appears to be a 'bug' in the last version on both iOS and Android devices.

    Thank you for sharing your feedback! I’ve confirmed with our engineering team that this is expected behavior in the latest version on both iOS and Android and have also shared this feedback with them internally!

    Please clarify. Do you mean the legacy dynamics have been restored? (I think they have, or the menu for replying to a Note now displays at least when selecting <back at least.)
