Email Template Automation Fail
I set up an email automation workflow but after the conditions are being passed, it failed to send the email. How can I know what went wrong? I removed the insert fields in the email template so this is just a purely text email but still failed. Where else do I need to check?

When you check your automation history in your Pipedrive account, you should be able to click on the step that failed and get some more information on why the automation stopped.
I added an example below-
In this case, the person to whom I intended to send the email did not have a valid email address linked to their contact in my account so it failed-
While this may not be the exact reason your automation failed, I would recommend taking a look to see what data appears on your end. If it is not clear, you can reach out to our support team so we can take a closer look into this specific automation execution with you!
