How can we best keep track of lead sources and channels?
We're using our PD for the whole sales process from MQLs to Customers and we would like to keep track of details such as which marketing channel they used, which source they came from and also have the reports for this. Are there any handy tips how to do this?

Create custom fields to capture the source. Make sure that this field is a multiple-choice or a single choice field so you can include this in Insights.
When writing the data to Pipedrive, in Zapier, populate this field based on where the deal is coming from.

You should be able to do that for Deal Sources. I haven't used the Leads functionality much to say what's possible. Ensure that the Deal Source field is either a Single Value or a Multiple Choice field.
