Monitoring User Activity
Hello all,
I am pretty new to using pipedrive but have really gotten a lot of value out of it. I have an sales employee using the platform as well and I appreciate being able to view his activity on the platform. However, today we discussed some lead details on a contact so I know he's been on the platform but when I go to view his activity it says he has not been on since February 15, 2025.
Is there a significant delay in the update time for this feature? Just trying to understand what I can expect/rely on as far as information goes. Thanks for the help!

Pipedrive’s activity tracking usually updates in real-time or with a short delay, but there are a few things that might explain this:
The "Last Active" timestamp updates when a user takes a recorded action, such as logging in, adding a note, or updating something; just viewing a contact might not count. If your user didn’t log an action, it's expected it won't show up in their activity.
There can also be occasional sync delays, though they’re usually minor. You could ask your other user to add a quick note to an item to see if that updates their activity. If it still doesn’t show, I would recommend clearing your cache and checking in a different browser. If this doesn't help, reach out to our support team and we can take a look into this with you!
