Summary for the Day - Pipedrive email question

Does the Summary for the Day email include overdue activities? It doesn't seem like it but I need to know if I missed something.

I have all the boxes checked to notify.

    Hi @GretchenR ! No, the daily digest contains tasks due on the same day. To check your overdues, go to the activities page in pipedrive and switch to list view. All the red ones are overdue and need your attention.

    The activities page shows hundreds of "overdue" meetings that have been held. It's impossible to see e.g. overdue Pipedrive tasks in this view.

    Marking finished activities as "done" is key. Unless marked as done, they count towards open activities.

    If people struggle with marking activities as done, you can make a workflow automation that marks certain activities (i.e. meetings) as done automatically.

    Until then, you'll be struggling with differentiating overdue with stuff that was actually finished, because all of them are not marked as done.

    You can also use a type filter on the activity page to narrow down what kind of activities you want to see and also build a filter to show tasks of a specific type with specific owners if that helps.
