I have 3 power seats, can I add 1 essential seat with a projects add-on?

We are using 3 power seats, and would like to have our customer service colleague to use a cheaper plan with only access to projects. Is that possible?

    Hi @Automai,

    In Pipedrive, all users within the same account must be on the same plan level. It’s not possible to have different users on different plan tiers within a single account, unfortunately.

    However, if you’re looking to customize access or permissions for different team members, you can set up user permissions and visibility settings to control what each user can see and do within Pipedrive!
