Price Increases Unacceptable for Smaller Businesses - Dominic Allon - Please reconsider
Pipedrive - Message to the CEO Dominic Allon. This price increase is crazy. We are current paying for x3 Advanced Seat at £32.90 per month (£1,184 per annum). Now the price has increased to £49.00 per month (that's £1,764 per annum). That a price increase of £580 per annum. We are a small business and that increase is unacceptable. We really love Pipedrive but will have to look at alternative solutions. I am hoping that Pipedrive will reconsider this decision or give us some alternatives solutions?

Updates to our pricing allow us to continue to invest and bring you a better and more robust experience with Pipedrive. Although we understand these changes can be difficult, we want to continue to improve our service and product for you.
Just in the past 2 years we’ve released over 100 product improvements to our CRM, and we're continuing to release more.
This year, we're launching a brand new suite of AI features to help you be more efficient and perform even better.Nevertheless, I can see you have already opened a chat with our support team and I can see we are looking into the best way to help you with the price increase.

Many thanks for your reply although its a rather generic one.
As we are a small business and not using many of the add ons / features, we feel that the price increase is too much for us to be able to justify this expenditure. We are already spending around £3,000 per annum with Pipedrive and this would increase to over £4,500 for both of my businesses.
I was hoping there would be another plan that would more fit my needs.
