Phone Call Type Defaults to (Work) in Person. How do I change that?

I have these coming in from a Zapier Zap.. The Phone field cannot be edited and it defaults to (work)

I would like to map my call types to show up here. How do I do this? I would like to map the type for a few other fields as well.

    The answer is No.. Cannot change that to another default. I am trying to so some other tricks in this thread.
