Can you have a deal move to a specific stage if you receive a new email?

Hello,
My company has just started using Pipedrive and I am trying to set up some automations to help our sales process. I am trying to set up an automation so that when a client replies to our email it moves the deal into a specific stage labeled Client Replied. Alternatively, maybe instead it could automate an activity to follow up once their reply. This way we can quickly see who has replied rather than checking the inbox which is too cluttered or clicking on each deal. It seems like it should be possible but nothing I have tried is working!
If anyone has done something similar, please advise!

I believe it is logically possible to do something about this.
You can try using Pipedrive's native automation. Check for the condition for Deal Email Count is more than Email Count Before. Or possibly use Email Count Has Changed".
