Serious lacks in the Merge Duplicates function
I'm a bit frustrated with Pipedrive's Merge duplicates function.
Having to go one-by-one, clicking countless times for each of them is really tedious.
I don't see that the "Preview"-step is needed, as it doesnt show anything not seen before pressing preview.
My latest job change moved me to Pipedrive from Zoho, which had a Merge duplicates function, that, while not perfect, was so much more user friendly.
1: You could decide what fields to compare
2: You could set it so, when there are no contradicting fields, the merge would happen instantly and automatically - no need for previews → merge → are you sure → Hide merged.
3: When there are contradictions, every contradicting field-pair is shown, so you can choose what to keep, for each.
4: Pipedrive shows next to nothing, when letting you choose the base for the merger, meaning you can accidentally merge things that should have been kept apart.
It would be nice if some of these thing could be implemented here as well.
