Organisation Filter on Last Activity Date not working...

Within Organisations, we have 2500 entries, and I am trying to set up a filter using the Last Activity Date. It doesnt work however… so when i try entering Organisation > Last Activity date > is earlier than > 12 months ago, it brings up nothing. I have played around and tried different lengths of time but still no companies come through - please help

    Hello John,

    The option "Last Activity date" under filters is related to the date of the last completed activity. That might be why you’re not getting the expected results. If you’re looking to get the companies that did not have any updates during that timeframe, you might want to use the "Update time" field instead.
