Is there a way for me to check my specific conversion rate from 1st call to booking an appoinment?

I feel it would be benefit me to know exactly how many calls it takes from initial contact to then booking them in for an appointment. is this a feature we already have?

    Hello Max,

    There’s no native feature that allows tracking this directly, but perhaps this can be done using custom fields, where you document the exact number of calls it took to get an appointment, for example.

    You can also take a look at the Insights reports: activities performance, where you can follow the progress of your activities and know if you’re on track with your everyday tasks.
