Aircall - Pipedrive: Aircall leads automatically assigned to users who answer the calls

Hi there! We use the Aircall - Pipedrive integration. Incoming "missed or unanswered" calls to our Aircall numbers are assigned to Pipedrive users as leads with "automatic assignment" in round robin style. But when a user picks up the phone, I want the deal to be assigned to the user who answers the phone. I could not find an assignment condition for this scenario. I would appreciate your help.     Hi @globalmodulars,

    Thanks so much for sharing this need! While it's not possible to natively have this deal assigned to the person who answered the call automatically in Pipedrive, it may be possible to accomplish this with the use of additional integrations or third-party tools.

    For example, Aircall has webhooks that trigger events like "Call Answered. "You can use an automation tool like Zapier or Make to detect when a call is answered, find the corresponding deal in Pipedrive, and then assign it to the user who answered!
