    Via que o assistente de vendas gera resumos de e-mails, porém seria possível ele fazer resumos de uma oportunidade de vendas assim como da organização?

    • There is a separate team that works on adding capabilities to finding biggest opportunity leads and deals.

    Gostaria muito que tivesse um relatório de meta por produto, não localizei isso hoje.

    • You can try to use AI for that and we also have possibility to add product report in manual flow.

    Currently the insights is extremely limited on phone and tablet. Will you be making the insights easier to use on these devices - not just desktop?

    • That's a great recommendation. Currently we haven't planned to improve phone and tablet experience much, since we don't have that many users there.

    Are you planning to introduce the option of giving reasons for winning a deal?

    • Thank you, this is a great idea. When we will work on analysing report and using AI to give recommendations, perhaps that's something we can integrate it.

    Will AI be able to do tasks - data collection and task execution so that our sales team can use their time selling

    • That's something what the whole Pipedrive team is working on, to reduce amount of time spent on non selling activities.

    Will AI be available for campaigns?

    • Currently you can use AI report generation to create report for campaigns. But currently, there are no plans to add AI capabilities to campaigns feature itself.

    Is there or will there be a QR feature that, when scanned, will lead to a lead capturing form that imports data into your Pipedrive?

    • That's a great question. We currently don't have that possibility. But overall one Pipedrive team is working on different solutions how to make it easier to import data into Pipedrive.

    Why isn't it possible to specify what data a custom field gets and what not?

    Why do the custom fields always get treated differently?

    • Custom fields can be a bit more complex to manage. From a technical standpoint, they require more resources and time.

    Which AI vendors do you work with?

    • We are currently using OpenAI as our partner

    "Contains" is a very helpful filter field. Why can we not use "Does NOT contain" please

    • The 'Contains' filter is indeed very useful, and while we don't currently offer a specific 'Does NOT contain' filter, you can achieve similar results using the available options such as 'is not' or 'is not any of.

    How can we be involved in the Best Test / First users Group?

    Does prioritizing adding AI add more value to the system that satisfying sales reps data needs? Why focus on adding AI Insights before any flexibility with insights?

    • We prioritized AI report generation initially because our data indicated it was the most significant challenge faced by our customers. Addressing sales reps' data needs is a relatively new direction for us, and we are committed to exploring this area in Q2. Our goal is to gain a deeper understanding of what tools and insights can best support their daily work.

    "Im really sorry but if Pipedrive dont offer a native feature of "no-show" it means we need to do it through custom field.. and our AI dont support custom fields.. I see way less value in this without the custom fields"

    • Custom fields are indeed crucial for effective reporting. If you're on the Professional plan or higher, you have the ability to utilize custom fields right now. Currently, you can manually create reports that incorporate these fields. As mentioned in our recent webinar, we are looking forward to expanding this capability to include custom fields in the AI report creation feature very soon.

    "Some example reports I would like to see include:

    • New deals created by month by AE

    • Close rate % - by month

    • Total value of deals in pipeline by month & AE"

    These are perfect examples to try out out with AI report creation and if you won't get correct report right away, feel free to use follow ups or go to edit manually flow.

    How accurate are the AI generated reports and are they just based on prompts or also filters we set?

    • AI-generated reports are relatively very accurate, and largely depends on the prompts you provide. If you don't the required output in first prompt, try changing it. Also, if you use specific filters in your pipeline or activity views, you can mention them in the prompt. This way, the AI can incorporate the same criteria into its report generation, ensuring the results are tailored to your specific needs.

    Is the AI for the AI agents open?

    Is there any chance to develop an AI support trigger in the automations?
