Marking Deals as Lost Help

Is there a way to restrict users from marking jobs as lost? Ideally, only management should have this ability, but we're finding it difficult to manage. Any suggestions or alternatives would be greatly appreciated!

I’m afraid that it’s not possible to manage it specifically.
The feature required fields allow you to select which data fields should be mandatory when adding or editing a deal, contact person, or organization. This means you can select which fields need to be filled before marking the deal as won/lost, for example, but it’s impossible to restrict users from marking deals as lost if they can change them.
Under permissions, you can find the option “Edit deals owned by other user” with the function to decide whether a user can edit all deals or just the ones they own, but they’ll be able to change the status for the deals they can edit.
I'll send this as feedback to our team, as I understand how this permission only for management makes sense in specific companies. Hopefully, it can be improved.
