Is there any plan about Google AI integration?

Hi team,

We are Pipedrive’s partner in Taiwan and have also been a Google Cloud partner for over 10 years. Our core service is helping Google users make the most of cloud tools. Among the CRM options that integrate well with Google, Pipedrive has always been our top recommendation.

Recently, some of our clients have expressed interest in leveraging Google AI within their organizations. We’re curious—does Pipedrive have any plans to integrate with Google AI technologies? Or there's any reference i can refer? Thank you!

    Hi @Sophie_75743 its really easy to integrate any AI tools out there with make.com or zapier. Those are our go-tos when it comes to sophisticated AI processing of pipedrive data or enriching data in pipedrive with AI.

    It's actually easier to build tailored solutions that way too.

    Hi Nicolai,

    Thank you for replying, I understand make or zapier can do workflow automation, as Pipedrive partner we also using API to help our customer. But what I'd like to know is whether Pipeline having plan about being part of Google AI ecosystem ( salesforces and Jira has joined as far as i know)

    It's totally fine if this isn't a question that can be answered, just want to check since our customer is quite curious about it.
