Best telephone integration currently being used?

I'm currently with Nextiva and trying to integrate Pipedrive. Nextiva's service is dismal, and I'd like to change. I'd like to hear back from users of other phone systems since I need to leave Nextiva and move to a reliable system with good service that integrates with Pipedrive. I'm all ears!

    Nextiva is probably one of the most hated solutions on internet forums.

    +1 for CloudTalk. Justcall and Aircall are also solid alternatives.

    I was with Nextiva before too and had the same problems… support wasn't helpful and we had a lot of issues with calls. I switched to CloudTalk and honestly, it's a big difference. Much easier to use, works well with Pipedrive and the setup isn’t as complicated as JustCall or Aircall (those were too much for me). Support is fast, really friendly, and available 24/7. If you want something reliable and simple to connect with Pipedrive, I really recommend trying CloudTalk.
