Anyone using Klaviyo + Pipedrive for hybrid sales funnels?





After we added Klaviyo integration some time ago, we’ve been hearing from more and more Pipedrive users who are selling both via sales reps and online (e.g. wholesale orders, reorders, etc.).
We just rolled out a way to sync Klaviyo ecommerce events (Viewed Product, Checkout Started, Subscribed to Back in Stock) to Pipedrive automatically. This enables some useful workflows. For example, when someone adds a product to their cart but doesn’t complete the purchase, your sales team will see this in Pipedrive and can follow up with a timely email or call
Now we’re wondering: what other B2B + e-commerce use cases should we consider?
Any pain points you’ve run into trying to connect marketing/email tools with your sales pipeline?
Would love to hear what’s worked (or hasn’t) for others here!

I have used this previously for a Shopify store for a luxury dtc startup (AOV = $10,000)..
It was indeed very useful.
