Conditional Logic

It would be wonderful to be able to have conditional logic available to apply to fields (including custom fields). For us we have a field named "ROLE". It would be nice to have fields show/ hide based on the selected "ROLE" option. Currently groups do not resolve this issue as Leads and Deals share certain fields which cannot be populated or suppressed based on fields.
